The evening at a glance…
Guests will start arriving by shuttle at 5:30, with dinner at 7:00 and live auction at 8:00.
- Park at Carmichael Elementary School, hop on a shuttle to Sutter Community Gardens. (Please note: there is no parking at the park for the event. Shuttle service is provided starting at 5:15 at Carmichael Elementary School, 6141 Sutter Ave, Carmichael, 95608. Click for map to school)
- Upon arrival, enjoy a glass of wine while greeting friends and wandering through the beautiful community gardens at Sutter Park.
- Then, meander from Sutter Gardens down the path toward Charles Jensen Botanical Gardens, enjoying local restaurant’s sumptuous appetizers and beverage stations along the way.

- Find your table in the garden at Jensen and sit down to a family style meal prepared with locally grown foods by guest Chefs Mike and Molly of Hawks Restaurant and Hawks Provisions + Public House.

- Appetizers and exquisite desserts prepared and served by the local Carmichael restaurants.
- And, Finally, listen to live music, with the artist to be determined.
- Shuttle service will return guests to Carmichael Elementary at the conclusion of the evening.
