The evening at a glance…

Guests will start arriving by shuttle at 5:00pm, with dinner at 6:30pm and live auction at 7:00pm.

• Park at Carmichael Elementary School, hop on a shuttle to Sutter Community Gardens.  (Please note:  there is no parking at the park for the event.  Shuttle service is provided starting at 5:00 at Carmichael Elementary School, 6141 Sutter Ave, Carmichael, 95608.  Click for map to school)

• Upon arrival, enjoy a glass of wine while greeting friends and wandering through the beautiful community gardens at Sutter Park.

• Then, meander from Sutter Gardens down the path toward Charles Jensen Botanical Gardens, enjoying local restaurant’s sumptuous appetizers and beverage stations along the way.
• You’ll be served a family-style gourmet meal prepared by Hawks – and inspired by the local bounty of the Sacramento Valley.
• On the menu: Mary’s Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Garlic and Thyme Rubbed Tri-Tip (barbequed on-site with balsamic grilled onions and chimichurri), Fingerling Potato Salad (with summer beans with pickled red onion and grain mustard vinaigrette), and Heirloom Tomato with Stone Fruit Panzanella and Mozzarella. For dessert, Mini-Bundts from Nothing Bundt Cakes. A bottle of red and white wine will be served per table, additional bottles and glasses available to purchase.
